The Baysdale Self-catering Rental

The Baysdale (with sea views) - A well appointed self catering holiday caravan located in a prime location over looking the beach with fabulous sea views. This self-catering caravan is centrally heated, double glazed and is fully equipped with TV / DVD, small fridge with freezer box, microwave, gas oven/hob. It will sleep up 3 people in one double bedroom and one single bedroom. Outside is a nice raised decked area with seating and deck chairs.

Available for rental throughout the year including December. We provide all bedlinen, all you need to bring are your own towels.

Cliff House is ideally located adjacent to the beach on the Suffolk Coast. Our location is a favorite of walkers and nature lovers, the RSPB reserve at Minsmere and Snape are both just a few miles away. Coastal walks to Dunwich, Thorpeness and Aldeburgh are also popular with many guests.

Weekly Prices 2010

Sleeps up to 3 people (saturday to saturday 7 nights). Charges are inclusive of gas, electricity and VAT at 17.5%.

Bank Holiday rates: Easter April 3rd - 9th £390 / May 1st -7th £400 / Spring Bank May 29th £475 / August 28th £500

Bookings commence on Saturdays, arrival after 2.00pm departure by 11.00am the following Saturday. *Unfortunately we do not accept dogs in this rental unit.
