The Beach Cliff House Caravan Park benefits from sea frontage and guests have access to the private stretch of beach for bathing, swimming, sea shore fishing or relaxing and simply enjoying the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The Caravan Parks rural location is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Games Room our family games room offers table tennis, table football, pool and arcade games.
Club House & Bar relax in the lounge bar area, take a table in the conservatory or on the patio and enjoy the beatiful panoramic sea view (for free, well for the cost of a drink!). The Clubhouse is open lunchtimes and evenings throughout the summer season.

Rental Accommodation our self catering hoilday rental accommodation is really popular. Choose to stay in one of our luxury caravans or our new appartments (appartments are available from May and are adult only).

Sport and Leisure

Cycling for the keen cyclist there are numerous cycle tracks offering interesting cycle routes from the Park itself to Thorpeness and Aldeburgh as well as other popular locations and places of interest.
Walking heading north there are popular coastal walks to Minsmere, Dunwich, Walberswick and Southwold and heading South to Thorpeness and Aldeburgh.
Bird Watching Cliff House Park is just a few miles drive and a few miles walk from Minsmere the RSPB reserve located between Sizewell and Dunwich.
Golf fine courses can be found locally in Aldeburgh and Thorpeness. Slightly further away courses at Woodbridge, Seckford Hall, Halesworth and Cretingham all offer a cheaper round.

Leisure Facilities in Leiston

Leiston Leisure Centre provides a full range of sports facilities including a gym, indoor swimming pool, squash courts, sauna, streamroom and creche. The Leisure centre operates a full programme of fitness classes and kids activities throughout the summer holidays (www.leistonleisurecentre.co.uk).
