Terms & Conditions for Touring and Camping Bookings

1. Advanced bookings for touring and camping - It is advisable to book for camping and touring pitches, unfortunately we are unable to take advanced bookings for short weekend breaks during the summer holidays (July and August) . A minimum stay of 4 nights or longer will be required for each booking that runs over a weekend in July and August.

2. Group Bookings - We do not take group bookings or bookings by same sex groups.

3. Arrival & Departure - Earliest arrival is 11.30am, departure is by 11am on the day of departure. If you want to stay longer and leave in the afternoon you must notify reception. A small late departure surcharge of £5 is payable in order to stay on until 5pm.

4. Cancellations - All bookings require payment of a booking deposit. Deposits are non-refundable however as a goodwill gesture we are prepared to postpone a booking and carry over a deposit to a booking for an alternative date during the same year/season, subject to availability and provided adequate notice is given (a minimum of 7 days prior to commencement of your original booking).

5. Tent Size - During holiday season & public holidays a size restriction applies to all tents and trailer tents of a maximum size of 25m2 (5m x 5m). If your tent is larger than this you must notify us at the time of booking.

6. Insurance - All caravans, tents, motorhomes etc. must be fully insured, no responsibility will be accepted by Cliff House Park for loss, damage, or injury whilst staying on the Park unless clearly as a result of negligence by the park or its employees.

7. Fire Regulations - In order to comply with Fire Regulations all units must pitch 6 metres (20 feet) from any other unit.

8. Day Visitors - Visitors who are not booked or registered as staying on the park must report to reception on arrival. We require all visitors to sign a register and obtain a day pass, there is a small charge for day visitors of £3 per person. Please note we only have a small number of visitor parking spaces, please contact reception in advance if you are expecting visitors who require parking. Please note any visitors found to be on-site who have failed to register will be asked to leave the park!

9. Park Rules - The park rules must be adhered to at all times, a full list of the Park rules can be found on the notice board on the touring field.

Disabled Customers
We now have new disabled facilities on the touring and camping site, please notify us at the time of booking if you are registered disabled. Whilst the touring camping park is relatively flat it is not always suited to some disabled guests. If you have any concerns please contact the site office to discuss suitablity of our site and facilities to your needs. (Disabled keys for the DDA toilet and shower facilites can be collected from reception on arrival).
